Do you offer discounts?

No. Only one discount code per order.

Orders

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer 30 day returns, for any reason, just pay shipping. If your product is defective, we will either refund your money or send you a new item ASAP.

How do I cancel / change an order?

Order fulfillment begins immediately. Email order@actidad.com ASAP if you need to cancel or change an order. Include your name and order number. 

How do I report a problem with my order?

Email order@actidad.com. Include your name, order number, photo, and brief description of the problem. For photos, make sure the item is laid flat.

Why does my shirt smell weird?

Actidad products are meant to last. A primer / fixation agent is used that helps the print meld to the cloth. The smell will go away after one wash.

Shipping

Do you charge shipping?

There is a flat $5 shipping rate for inside the US. Outside the US, there is a flat $13 shipping rate.

When will I receive my product?

Inside the US, most items will arrive between 5-10 business days. Internationally, most items will arrive within 10-20 business days.

Why are items missing from my order?

Some items ship from different locations and may ship separately. Refer to the estimated timeline to confirm the estimated date of arrival.
